On Thursday 18 February, Melbourne’s literary community gathered at The Wheeler Centre to celebrate the announcement of the winner of the CAL/Scribe Fiction Prize. The winner was Maris Morton for her manuscript, A Darker Music. Maris Morton has received a$12,000 book contract from Scribe and A Darker Music will be published in October 2010.
